Mitch Ribak is a pioneering force in real estate, blending decades of entrepreneurial experience with a passion for elevating agents and teams. As the first major independent brokerage to partner with eXp Realty, Mitch led the way, offering his agents enhanced opportunities for growth and financial freedom.

With a remarkable 23 companies founded over 42 years—including one of the first online dating services and the third paintball business in the U.S.—Mitch’s career has been defined by forward-thinking innovation and a relentless drive to succeed.

In 2001, Mitch entered real estate, building what became "Tropical Realty" in Florida, which grew from a team of six agents to a thriving brokerage of 120 agents across three offices. By 2016, Tropical Realty closed an impressive 700 transactions annually, generating over $160 million in sales. Despite these successes, Mitch realized the high demands and risks of independent brokerage ownership. In 2017, he moved his brokerage to eXp Realty, a decision that transformed both his life and his business model. Today, Mitch's organization includes over 1,800 agents, and his coaching programs empower agents to achieve their own success without the heavy burden of traditional brokerage constraints.

Known throughout North America as the “Godfather of Lead Conversion,” Mitch has coached thousands of agents on maximizing efficiency, streamlining their processes, and finding true work-life balance. His insights have reshaped agent productivity, showing agents how to close more sales while enjoying the freedom they desire.

In addition to his real estate accomplishments, Mitch has served as the President of the Space Coast Association of Realtors (2014) and Vice President of District 2 for the Florida Association of Realtors (2015).
